- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was passing through the area in early September and received a speeding ticket. Contacted David Moore about representing me in the case as the other attorneys I called in the area said he was the only one who practiced in traffic defense. I was willing to spend up to $1k to try to avoid any license points. The secretary asked me to fax my ticket and they would review it and call me back. I did. I also had to leave the country on business for a week so no phone for that time. When I returned I had no voicemails from them. Called them back, she said he was still reviewing it and I did not have much of a chance at dismissal, which I never expected. Said they would re-review it and call me back. Never happened.
